Here’s a review and a few pics from last week’s countrified set at Club Nuggets, Lilla Hotellbaren, Stockholm courtesy of the Tune Of The Day blawgh!

There are a few tracks probably coming up on Youtube soon – otherwise your best bet is to go to the official Backdraft Facebook page and check out our cover of Roger Miller’s Uncle Harvey’s Plane! Or do that right here…

Also, unfortunately, we have had to cancel the two upcoming shows in Örebro and Ljusdal and will try to reschedule them for late summer/early fall. Apologies to all who expected us the weekend of the 27th/28th of May! Stay tuned to this page and Facebook for all the latest news.

On a brighter note, we’re working on a week’s worth of gigs in Spain in October, possibly along with other European dates, as well as a video for the forthcoming second single from This Heaven Goes To Eleven.

Dangerdog Music Reviews has posted a 4 out of 5 and very comprehensive review of the upcoming, third Backdraft album, This Heaven Goes To Eleven, released next week on GMR Music.

”Backdraft’s This Heaven Goes to Eleven finds the band in good form: combining classic melodic hard rock with a bit of Southern rock. Backdraft is maturing and the result is positive and entertaining. American readers need to find the digital download: you will not be disappointed.”
